Advanced Acne Treatment
An exfoliation treatment designed especially for acne prone skin. After cleansing with Beta Hydroxyl (2%) Cleanser, 20% Salicylic Acid is applied to purge the skin of oil, bacteria, and debris. Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
Within us all there is a silent system working to keep us healthy – the lymph system. The lymphatic system is a big part of your immune system. The impact is so far reaching that many don’t even realize that minor aches and pains, low energy or susceptibility to colds and flu may be due to a sluggish lymph system. The fluid of the lymphatic system defends your body from disease. Since the lymphatic system has no pump, the lymph fluid must rely on the movement of muscles and the diaphragm and the pulsation of the arteries in order to circulate properly. MLD therapy is a profound technique to help increase lymph flow. With its gentle massage techniques it can manually remove blockages in the lymph system and restore proper lymph flow.

A trigger point is a tight area within muscle tissue that causes pain in other parts of the body. Cranial Sacral Therapy (also known as Craniosacral Therapy)
A gentle, non-invasive form of alternative medicine that deals with the movement of the fluid surrounding the skull and spine. Our goal is to ease the restrictions of nerve passages by focusing on the membranes that encase the central nervous system. It restores misaligned bones to their proper position, eliminates the negative effects of stress, and provides relief from migraine headaches, neck and back pain, and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorder (the inflammation of the joint that connects the lower jaw to the skull). Deep Tissue Therapy
Deep Tissue Therapy is similar to Swedish massage, but is used to target knots and release chronic muscle tension. It reduces signs of inflammation and scar tissue by focusing on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons, and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints).
